Our research program has made significant strides in the field of microgravity and suborbital flight, leading to numerous collaborations and resulting in over a dozen publications and conference presentations. Key projects include investigations aboard NASA/Zero-G aircraft, Blue Origin's New Shepard, NASA’s WB-57 aircraft, and PLD Space's Miura 1 Suborbital Vehicle. Our work, supported by multiple grants from entities such as NASA’s Flight Opportunities Program, the Florida Space Grant Consortium, and ERAU’s Faculty Research Development Program (FRDP), has been presented at various conferences and published in multiple esteemed journals. This progress is thanks to interinstitutional collaborations with the University of Medical South Carolina, the University of Texas Health Science Center, and Carthage College.
